8Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Constract is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Platform
• We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses due to third-party suppliers, shippers, or payment processors

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Constract, its affiliates, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if we suspect abuse, non-compliance, or legal risks.

11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your Governing Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation and mediation (preferred), or
• Arbitration or competent court jurisdiction where applicable

12Changes to Terms
