1Eligibility

2Account Registration

4Transactions and Payments
- All purchases, rentals, and payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
- Prices, taxes, and shipping costs are subject to change and local jurisdiction
- Disputes with suppliers or buyers must be reported promptly for review
5Supplier and Buyer Obligations
Buyers must:
- Review offers and verify material specifications before placing orders
- Provide accurate delivery details and confirm receipt of goods/services
Suppliers must:
- Ensure timely dispatch and truthful listing of materials and machinery
- Maintain communication with buyers through the platform
6Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the platform (including trademarks, software, and content) is owned by or licensed to Constract. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the platform
- Use our brand or logo without written permission
7Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Constract is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Platform
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses due to third-party suppliers, shippers, or payment processors
9Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Constract, its affiliates, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if we suspect abuse, non-compliance, or legal risks.
11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of your Governing Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

- Arbitration or competent court jurisdiction where applicable
